Pinkney Missionary Baptist Church is a sovereign and democratic Baptist church under the Lordship of Jesus Christ. The membership retains unto itself the exclusive right of autonomy in spiritual, temporal and in all other aspects of the life of this church.

The membership of Pinkney Missionary Baptist Church shall be composed of persons who have given evidence of regeneration through the Holy Spirit of God. All such persons shall be presented to the Church at any regular service in any one of the following ways:

1. Upon a public confession of faith and by baptism through immersion

2. Upon the promise and receipt of a letter of recommendation from another
   Southern Baptist Church

3. Upon a statement of faith of a prior conversion experience and following baptism through immersion when no letter is attainable

4. Upon a statement of a prior conversion experience of faith in Jesus Christ and through baptism by immersion and agreeing to abide by the doctrines and by-laws of this church

5. Upon restoration when membership in a Southern Baptist Church has been
   terminate
